The procedure for call outs over the holiday period will be as follows: 
 
Telephone only (no faxes) call 01895 637 900 to place your call out with either myself or the duty engineer as the office telephone will be automatically diverted. If you need to email then please send your email to service@tridentfridge.com and we will pass on your call out to the duty engineer. 
 
The service phone will be on from 8.30am to 8.30pm - Outside these hours you will be able to record your message for action on the following morning. 
 
WE HAVE ENGINEERS AVAILABLE EVERY DAY OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD
